Our pasture-fed beef is hung for a minimum of 23 days, producing more flavoursome and tender cuts of meat.

Top Rib is a fairly lean joint and should be roasted gently to get the best taste. It is very versatile, makes a very good pot roast and can be braised

Our packs of sausages vary from 480g - 530g and are made from 23 day aged Hereford Beef that have spent their lives quietly grassing the rich pastures on our farm just outside Beccles. Flavour options include subtle horseradish, chilli or cracked pepper.
